Hey Guys
I was supposed to do a post on this subject a really long time ago, but I didn't feel ready to talk about it. Mental health is a very underrated issue which affects many people all over the world. Some people may not notice or maybe they don't want to but anybody, even your neighbour could be suffering from a mental illness but what we as a society need to comprehend is that without understanding the situation there is no hope for our world. This world is a dark, bleak place and our actions are either its salvation or destruction .
The reason I wasn't ready to talk about this is because of how I felt. I myself when I was 10 years old was diagnosed with depression, Bulimia and Anxiety. I've never told anybody this, not even my friends but after my dad left I wasn't able to cope and I guess I broke but at that time I didn't have any friends I was all alone.
Being diagnosed isn't the end of the world, taking pills although unpleasant doesn't mean you're unrepairable, it just means you fight wars that people don't know about which makes you all the more stronger.
I can't say that I'm absolutely 100% happy, hell most of the time I'm moody and probably no fun but I'm still fighting and that's what everyone else is doing .
To everyone who is a little broken just know it's not the end, because we can all find peace and happiness. Even in the bleakest days there is always a ray of sunshine, you just have to look.
Sorry to talk about my personal life but this issue is personal.
